When Ms Lai was talking about Singapore STOMP earlier this year, I totally paid it no heed. Then on Saturday,
soymilk was talking about STOMP too. It was mostly about inconsiderate people on public transport, and how they got caught - which was what I've come to associate with "STOMP".
